Holiday Inn Rock Hill, An Ihg Hotel, Rock Hill

My stay at the hotel was a mix of great and not-so-great experiences. The room was absolutely beautiful and very clean, but unfortunately, the smoking in my room made it uncomfortable. The service was pleasant, and the staff took care of our needs with a smile, although the maintenance delay due to a personal reason was a bit inconvenient. The location was good with lots of shopping nearby, but cleanliness was lacking in some areas. The dining experience was overall very good, but a bit expensive for just two people. The facilities were decent, offering what was needed during my stay.

My stay at the hotel was fantastic! The rooms were nice, clean, and comfortable, making my stay absolutely beautiful. The staff was very kind and helpful, especially Amy at the front desk, and the cleanliness was top-notch. The location was great, close to many restaurants and shopping, and convenient being close to I77. The dining experience was fabulous, especially the buffet for my grandkids. Overall, a great experience with just a few minor hiccups.
